Low EMF Earthed LED bulbs - for people with electrosensitivity (ES)

We now supply floor lamps and desk lamps that give off virtually zero levels of radiofrequency emissions. The lamps and bulbs are earthed as is the cable, so power-frequency electric fields are also minimised. Earthing lamps in this way is really only safely done by someone who is a competent electrician, and these are not necessarily easy to find, and many do not understand about the need for low EMFs. Our earthed lamps come complete with very long-life LED bulbs.

Here we show the results of 3 typical compact fluorescent (CFL) bulbs and our main three types of LED - both earthed and not-earthed (you can't earth CFL's). The units are arbitrary, but are the same in each graph. 1000 approximates to 100 volts per metre. All the measurements were made at approximately 0.4 metres from the bulb (about 16 inches). The background line represents quiet background levels in a rural area with the lights turned off. The frequency scale is 10 to 490 kHz.

The effect of earthing the lamps can be quite dramatic and the use of our earthed lamps is the easiest way to ensure you are exposed to the lowest fields.
