New study shows how mobile phone use can reduce fertility

A new study (Falzone 2010, referenced below) showed that sperm were affected significantly by one hour of mobile phone exposure. Various parameters were measured at various times after the exposure, and though not all showed changes, there were significant effects on sperm morphometry and in sperm binding to the hemizona. The authors concluded that this could indicate a significant effect of the radiofrequency EMFs on sperm fertilisation potential.

This is yet another paper showing that sperm quality is affected by RF. This clearly has implications for couples wanting to conceive, as their chances of doing so are reduced and the possibility of DNA damage in a child who is conceived could be increased.

We recommend that couples wanting a child should seriously consider their use of mobile phones, and probably other sources of RF radiation, such as DECT phones and WiFi.
