** Update ** Today (15th October) at 10.30 am, the gendarmerie arrived to escort EHS people from the site of safety in Saou forest.
Notice to quit was served on the inhabitants of the low EMF zone in the forest of Saou in France on October 7th to take effect on 12th October, at midnight, using force to evict people if necessary. As at Friday 15th, the expulsion still has not taken place, it is believed due to media interest.
Despite, or possibly because of, the media interest in the plight of those who suffer from electrical sensitivity, the decision to force them off the land was somewhat unexpected as it seemed as if a potential truce had been made for the winter period. The authorities still maintain "We cannot do anything until something is proven."
Meanwhile, those with EHS are wondering where to go next, as they cannot and will not simply disappear, just because the authorities do not know what to do with people whose needs conflict with the damaging electrosmog in which they are otherwise forced to live.
